VEEM Limited operates one of the largest ferrous and non-ferrous foundry facilities in Australia with 12 furnaces and 14.3 tonnes capacity. With forty years of manufacturing experience behind it, the foundry division is unique in Australia, offering a complete range of services associated with the industry.
Products produced as mining and industrial spares include coal loading spares, generator bearings, bronze bearings, pump spares, flour and crusher mill bearings, valve components and fabricated equipment components. Valves and other components are manufactured to strict Naval Engineering Standards where appropriate and most of the submarine squadron of the Royal Australian Navy carry valves and spares manufactured by VEEM.
